Snake the Gypsy: A True Page Turner

By Keshia Maddox-King

Snake the Gypsy is a very interesting and adventurous story told by an old snake who goes back over time and talks about her life when she was younger. The story starts off as a Gypsy girl who was an outcast to her nation, and to make matters worse, her mother was unattached from her. All the girl wanted in life was happiness and she didn't realize it until she becomes acquainted with a snake who protects her. That is, until her fate takes a turn for the worse.

I was recommended to read this book by a fellow co-worker who knows that I am into reading. This is her daughter's book and she thought that I would be interested. I really enjoyed reading page after page; I was not able to put it down, and the best thing is that I felt like I was in the story. The story is well constructed. Books with a great storyline are capable of grabbing anyone's attention.

Action flowed throughout the book, and the story's consistency is simply brilliant. I have added this book to my collection and you should check it out as well.

Happy Reading!
